The Mask I Wear
Breaking Free from People Pleasing
How many times have you said yes when you wanted to say no?
Changed what you wanted because someone else might be disappointed?
Gone home after a conversation wondering why you didn't just say what you actually thought?
-
People pleasing isn't always obvious while you're doing it. Sometimes, it feels like being kind. Being easygoing. Keeping the peace.
But every time you notice yourself doing it, you have an opportunity to understand what is happening beneath the need to please.
The Mask I Wear is a practical workbook designed to be used in those moments. You don't have to sit down and try to remember everything you've ever done. You live your life, notice the pattern as it happens, and come back to the workbook.
Each real-life experience can show you something different.
By the time you've worked through it, you won't just know the patterns behind your people pleasing. You'll also begin to understand how, when, and why and what you can do differently when it happens again.

Reaction Log
Your Reactions Have a Story
Have you ever reacted to something and then wondered, Why did I react like that?
Maybe it was a conversation that stayed with you long after it ended. A comment that affected you more than you expected. Someone's tone, something they didn't say or a moment that seemed small from the outside but left you feeling angry, anxious, hurt, or overwhelmed.
-
The reaction can happen in seconds. But there is often far more happening beneath it.
The Reaction Log gives you a way to slow the moment down and see what actually unfolded.
You begin breaking the experience apart. The thoughts you had. The emotions that came up. The beliefs that may have been activated. The choices you made as the moment unfolded.
You will be able to see each part of the reaction, not as one overwhelming experience, but as a series of things that happened within you.
And when you work with your reactions as they happen in real life, something begins to change. You may notice the thought you didn't see before. The emotion that arrived first. The belief underneath the reaction. The point where you made a choice automatically and the place where, next time, you might be able to choose differently.
By the time you've worked through the log, you won't simply be asking yourself why you reacted.
You'll begin to understand what happened, what shaped your response, and where you have the opportunity to change what happens next.
