How We Work Together
Our work starts exactly where you are — whether you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or simply know something has to shift.
Through somatic therapy techniques and trauma-informed coaching, we create space for your nervous system to settle so real change can happen.
We’ll gently look beneath the masks and survival strategies that once kept you safe but might not be serving you anymore.
Together, we move toward emotional resilience, a sense of home in your own body, and a life that feels authentically yours.
