Because what we react to isn’t random.
It’s the parts of ourselves we haven’t yet learned to meet.

I’m a psychotherapist and coach, and this work is really at the heart of everything I do.
I’ve seen how quickly we can get pulled into reacting—saying things we don’t mean, feeling things we don’t fully understand, and wondering afterwards what just happened.
And I also know that when we create even a little bit of space, everything can start to shift.
That’s what this work is about. Learning to understand yourself, meet yourself with more honesty, and respond to your life in a way that actually feels aligned with who you are.
